Crunchy!
Don't you just hate that first scratch in your new car! This one happened to my new car today. Yeah!!!! No one was hurt and I was only traveling about 2mph. I'm sure it will cost about $2,000.00 to fix though.

Our friend Susan did the same thing recently with all the kids (including Claira) in the car, at LAX of course. They all said 'WHAT'S THAT??', and told her she would get in trouble!! It only cost her $800, so there's hope for you! :)
Luckily Ivy wasn't in the car at the time. I was pulling out of the car wash (what a waste of money that was!) on my way to pick her up. It was one of those - some of the cars stop to let you out, and as you creep to approach the middle suicide lane to enter traffic, CRUNCH!! I'm really not sure if it was my fault, or the guy in the middle lane. I almost didn't turn because I am always afraid of this kind of thing happening!
Man that's such a drag. At least it was an accident. When I lived in the Bay area I had a new Jetta and someone keyed the heck out of the passenger side. My only guess was they thought my car belonged to someone else since I didn't really know anyone up there at the time. Those are never easy though and I'm sorry for your loss. But hey, it still has that new car smell, right? Debra, Clare and I can't wait to see you guys!
