Happy Halloween every-BODY! We first celebrated by going to our friend's kid/grown-up party on Saturday night. It was really cool. There was a fun-house maze with strobe lights and fog machines at the entrance. Then really good food, drinks, and dancing in their finished garage that looks more like a hip club lounge with a mirror-ball and groovy tunes playing all night long. Scott had to play at another party so he left pretty early, but Ivy and I danced the night away. She wasn't scared of anything. She's still too young to be afraid I suppose. We'll see how she does next year.
Ivy loved wearing her skeleton glow-in-the dark jammies and I just threw some spiderwebs and spiders over my clothes for a quick costume.
The decor is left over from about 20 years ago when our friend used to DJ and had a club call "The Fun-house".
Both Scott and Ivy have matching skeleton jammies. I bought the pink version. We all wore them trick-or-treating on Wednesday. The neighbors loved us!
It didn't take Ivy anytime at all to get the hang of yelling "trick-or-treat" at each door. After each house she'd say, "I want to go to another one!" She couldn't even hold her pumpkin bucket after too long.
Next year I'll order the black jammies! Happy Halloween everyone!

1) I remember that clown face. It scared me then, it scares me now.
2) You and Ivy are standing in the exact same position!!
